I fell into the “I’m-too-busy-to-get-to-my-chiropractic-appointment-this-week” trap. Two weeks in a row! And today I woke up with a dull headache that increased into a blistering, nauseating, roaring pain. This is no longer my normal, so I knew I was in a bad state.
